These general conditions (the “General Conditions”) indicate the sale terms of the goods sold by the web site: www.hanging-signs.it.

All sale contracts made through DERBY SADDLERY S.a.s..

DERBY SADDLERY S.a.s. requires full payment upon ordering. Payments can be made by cash, wire, pay pal or any major credit card in EUR Euro only.

Reseller is prohibited from using any and/or pictures, broschure or technical sheet, without a written authorization of Hanging Signs property, Hanging Signs reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its Properties or other violations of applicable laws, as determined solely by Hanging Signs.

Upon termination of the Hanging Signs and Reseller relationship and Reseller’s rights to resale Hanging Signs products, Reseller agrees to immediately discontinue any and all use of the Properties or references to Hanging Signs, to remove all materials electronically available to the public, web site incluse, and to destroy all printed materials. All rights in the Properties and the goodwill connected therewith shall remain the sole property of Hanging Signs.
